Giving DuPage is excited to host the 3rd Nonprofit Partners Conference invites your organization to be an exhibitor on Friday, December 2 from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Exhibitors to arrive at 7:00 am (set up completed no later than 7:45 am) for check in and breakfast. Take down will be at 3:00 pm.

This exhibitor opportunity is intended for companies who are looking to reach potential customers, as we are expecting 125+ attendees from the following sectors.

Exhibitor Fees:
  • $150 includes all access registration for one person, one table/chairs, meals (breakfast, lunch, breaks & social hour) & conference materials
  • $75 each additional person (for more than one person/organization) – max 3 attendees per exhibitor
Promote Exhibitors:

The conference schedule allows 5 opportunities for the Exhibitors Passport. Attendees will have an incentive to meet exhibitors by receiving raffle tickets from directly from them to be entered into live drawing for great prizes and free programs/services.

Exhibitor Registration:

Companies must register to participate in the Exhibitors Hall. There will be no on-site exhibitor registration available. Exhibitors can arrive at the check-in table as early as 7:00 am to receive an Exhibitor Name Badge. Setup must be complete by 7:45 am and exhibitor area closes 3:00 pm. Name badges must be worn at all times.

Table Top Exhibit Info:

Exhibitors will be provided one draped table (preference of 8-foot tables to early registrants, then 6-foot tables available) and two chairs. Event planners will do our best to accommodate additional needs such as access to power outlet. Exhibitors must bring their own power strip/extension cords, if needed. Contact [email protected] if your organization needs to ship table materials directly to the venue before conference date.

Handout Materials:

Companies may distribute promotional giveaways and all handout materials are expected to be of a professional nature. Giving DuPage reserves the right to disallow any material they believe to be inappropriate. Offensive or political materials are strictly prohibited.

Liability:

Exhibitors agree to protect, save, and hold Giving DuPage, the host venue/facility, and all agents and employees thereof (hereinafter collectively called Indemnities) forever harmless for any damages or charges imposed for violations of any law or ordinance, whether occasioned by the negligence of the exhibitors or those holding under the exhibitor, and save and hold harmless the Indemnities against and from any and all losses, costs, and damages from or out of or by reason of said exhibitor’s occupancy and use of the exhibition premises, or any part thereof.
