You are Invited!

The DuPage Nonprofit Conference invites your organization to be an exhibitor at our event to be held on Friday, September 21 from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Exhibitors to arrive at 6:45 am for check in and breakfast. Take down will be at 2:30 pm.

Who Will Attend the Conference?

Giving DuPage expects 300 attendees at the DuPage Nonprofit Conference, including:

  • nonprofit organizations – executive directors, board members & development directors
  • schools/universities
  • government entities
  • community groups
  • for profit/private sector
Exhibitor Fees:

$100 until Friday 9/14
$125 after 9/15 & last day to register is noon on 9/20
Exhibitor fee includes registration for two people, one table, two chairs, meals (breakfast & lunch), conference materials and one entry to enter live drawing raffle for Joan Garry’s book ‘Guide to Nonprofit Leadership: Because Nonprofits Are Messy’.

Promote Exhibitors:

The conference schedule allows 4 breaks for the Exhibitors Passport. Attendees will have an incentive to meet exhibitors by receiving raffle tickets from them directly to be entered into live drawing. Winners of the raffle will receive key conference resources including the opportunity to win a free signed copy of Joan Garry’s book ‘Guide to Nonprofit Leadership: Because Nonprofits Are Messy’.

Exhibitor Registration:

Companies must register to participate in the Exhibitors Hall. There will be no on-site exhibitor registration available. Exhibitors can arrive at the check-in table as early as 6:45 am to receive two exhibitor badges. Name badges must be worn at all times.

Table Top Exhibit Info:

Exhibitors will be provided one draped table (preference of 8-foot tables to early registrants, then 6-foot tables available) and two chairs. Event planners will do our best to accommodate additional needs such as access to power outlet. Exhibitors must bring their own power strip/extension cords, if needed. Contact if your organization needs to ship table materials directly to the venue before conference date.

Handout Materials:

Companies may distribute promotional giveaways and all handout materials are expected to be of a professional nature. Giving DuPage reserves the right to disallow any material that they believe to be inappropriate. Offensive or political materials are strictly prohibited.


Exhibitors agree to protect, save, and hold Giving DuPage, the host venue/facility, and all agents and employees thereof (hereinafter collectively called Indemnities) forever harmless for any damages or charges imposed for violations of any law or ordinance, whether occasioned by the negligence of the exhibitors or those holding under the exhibitor, and save and hold harmless the Indemnities against and from any and all losses, costs, and damages from or out of or by reason of said exhibitor’s occupancy and use of the exhibition premises, or any part thereof.
