The Nonprofit Partners Conference invites your organization to be an exhibitor on Friday, October 4 from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Exhibitors to arrive at 6:45 am for check in and breakfast. Take down will be at 2:30 pm.
We are expecting 300+ attendees at the Nonprofit Partners Conference, including:
- nonprofit organizations – executive directors, board members & development directors
- government entities
- community groups
- for profit/private sector
$150 until Monday 9/23 – includes all access registration for one person, one table/chairs, meals (breakfast, lunch, breaks & social hour) & conference materials
$175 after 9/23 and last day to register is 9/30 at noon
$95 per person (for more than one person/organization)
The conference schedule allows 5 opportunities for the Exhibitors Passport. Attendees will have an incentive to meet exhibitors by receiving raffle tickets from them directly to be entered into live drawing. Winners of the raffle will receive key conference resources including the opportunity to win free signed copies of nonprofit best-sellers and other programs/services.
Companies must register to participate in the Exhibitors Hall. There will be no on-site exhibitor registration available. Exhibitors can arrive at the check-in table as early as 6:45 am to receive an Exhibitor Name Badge. Name badges must be worn at all times.
Exhibitors will be provided one draped table (preference of 8-foot tables to early registrants, then 6-foot tables available) and two chairs. Event planners will do our best to accommodate additional needs such as access to power outlet. Exhibitors must bring their own power strip/extension cords, if needed. Companies may distribute promotional giveaways and all handout materials are expected to be of a professional nature. Giving DuPage reserves the right to disallow any material that they believe to be inappropriate. Offensive or political materials are strictly prohibited.
Exhibitors agree to protect, save, and hold Giving DuPage, the host venue/facility, and all agents and employees thereof (hereinafter collectively called Indemnities) forever harmless for any damages or charges imposed for violations of any law or ordinance, whether occasioned by the negligence of the exhibitors or those holding under the exhibitor, and save and hold harmless the Indemnities against and from any and all losses, costs, and damages from or out of or by reason of said exhibitor’s occupancy and use of the exhibition premises, or any part thereof.
