DESCRIPTION:Program by WSPN \nHave you identified the next step in your career? In fundraising and nonprofit work\, it is often challenging to identify your career path. Will you do the same job forever? Are you interested in someday having a leadership role at your organization? Are you looking to grow within your current organization? Are you looking to find the right experiences to get ready for the next level?\nSpeakers Theresa Nihill\, chief operating officer of Metropolitan Family Services and Laura Stokes-Gray of Stokes-Gray Consulting will share their experiences in the nonprofit sector. The program will include how long-term career planning will allow you to grow within your organization and will identify what skills you may need to develop on the job or outside of your position. \nRegistration is limited to 50 attendees and closes at noon on January 17\, 2017. \nPlease note\, due to security procedures at Metropolitan Family Services DuPage\, there will be no late registration allowed and no walk-in registration.
